In this hands-on class your kid will learn the basics of the 3D Design and Modeling. We are using TinckerCAD to create the designs going from the basics to more advanced designs. We will talk how any object in life can be represented as a set of basic shapes – cubes, spheres, cones, etc. and try to build few. At our classes we will learn how to creatively work on implementing of wildest ideas into life. Each student will have one printed creation at the end of the session.
How it works: We will have real time streaming from our club with the instructor working with kids, navigating through the tasks and projects. As always, we are having small groups of 5-10 kids, so each student has close attention from the instructor. No previous experience is required.
Requirements: Your kid will need access to the computer with internet where he/she will be working on 3D Modeling and Design tasks. Also, we ask that student has additional device with camera e.g. tablet, phone, another computer or second monitor in order to run the on-line Zoom conferencing and watch streaming from our club. The detailed instruction on how to access, software needed, etc. will be provided prior the beginning of the session.
